In addition, individuals having participated in these activities often suggest having a stronger sense of clarity and focus when it comes to all areas of life.

As controlling the mind and body are important aspects of health, the practice can often be beneficial. As to whether or not different conditions and diseases can be cured in the process remains a mystery. Still, if the practice can help those dealing with these issues become more active, self-aware, self-confident and balanced, then most often it is time well spent.
