Unfortunately so many individuals have learnt that people with darker skin will be mistreated by some human beings who define themselves as Caucasian. This is very unfortunate since people of other races usually lump every dark individual into the same negative category.

Unfortunately black youngsters who are raised within the ghetto will never get the chance to leave outside of that particular neighborhood.
Reality really slapped a certain young black girl in the face when she tried her best to land a position at CBS television in New York City. Everyone told her that the people working in that location would never accept an application from a poor girl residing in Massachusetts. Her resume was quickly rejected and she did not hear back from these individuals for a very long time. Fortunately she was able to use a better location the next time she applied.
Over the years many of these unique counselors have given advice to the younger individuals about job discrimination when it comes to certain careers. Unfortunately within this society many of the young and older people quickly learn that certain human beings cannot become doctors, lawyers or executives. Many of these younger people living within the poorer section of this location will only get mediocre jobs which pay very little.
Once young black children aim for a normal careers they will become brighter and happier individuals. There is really no place for them in places like Hollywood or on Broadway. The counselors also remind people that many people only want them to portray stereotypical characters if they were to act within a movie or television series. This trend has been going on for decades and it will no doubt continue.
Fortunately the counselors and students were able to witness the entire fiasco which happened at the Oscars in 2016. People of color were not nominated for any movies and the producers and directors really did not feel sympathy for these individuals. They continued the broadcast while many of the black actors decided to stage a boycott.
