A simple home treatment such as using apple cedar vinegar is recommended. What are required are just warm water and a cup of the vinegar. You mix the two and wash your hair. The quantity depends on the person who is using it as there are no side effects whether a person uses too much or little, whatever the quantity. As you wash your hair, massage gentle for a while then risen off with warm water, as simple as that and the procedure can be repeated once in a week or two.

The only effect that vinegar has is the smell which takes up to eight or twelve hours to clear. So if you are planning to step out it might not be wise to use vinegar on your hair.
